BIPA Beauty Tools: Group Review

Pozdrav svima! Danas ću predstaviti neke makeup alate koje sam isprobavala kroz zadnjih par mjeseci. Zajednička tematika je: svi se mogu naći isključivo u BIPI. Volim Bipine kistove, makar u zadnje vrijeme naginjem i prema Body&Soul kistovima (dostupnima u Mulleru). Krenimo!

Hello Beauty, Makeup Sponge, blue: Već sam pričala o ovoj spužvici, ali o žutoj verziji: LINK OVDJE. Sve što sam rekla za žutu vrijedi i za plavu spužvicu. Stvarno ne vidim nikakvu razliku među njima, osim što plava boja nije tako osjetljiva, pa se na njoj mrlje ne vide tako dobro. Koristim ju isključivo vlažnu, nikada suhu. Može ih se oprati, ali treba biti uporan i koristiti dobar sapun. Uživam u ovim spužvicama (bolje su od bilo koje druge za ovako nisku cijenu), i više uopće ne koristim kistove za nanošenje tekućeg pudera. Ako još niste, probajte. Cijena: 19,90kn

LOOK by Bipa, Eyeshadow brush: Obožavam dizajn ove LOOK by Bipa linije, volim kombinaciju bijele i roze. Kist imam dulje vrijeme i zadovoljna sam. Dobro nanosi sjenila na kapak, nema se tu puno za reći, odrađuje posao. Što se tiče pranja, kod ovog kista sjenila mi se povuku na bijeli dio dlake i dosta ju je zeznuto dobro očistiti. Jedino mi ne odgovara za iznimno slabo pigmentirana sjenila, kod kojih kist ''pojede'' većinu proizvoda. Cijena: 14,90kn

LOOK by BIPA, Lip Brush: Ovaj kist za nanošenje ruža ne volim i ne preporučujem. Nakon dva korištenja kist se raspao (slika dolje). Možda je ovo bio jedini zeznuti (svi ostali LOOK by Bipa kistovi su mi u jednom komadu). Kist ne mogu koristiti za obrubljivanje usana jer nije dovoljno precizan (niti blizu), a za sredinu usne mi ne treba jer to mogu srediti ružem. Dobar je jedino ako imate palete ruževa ili proizvoda za usne. Kistić nije loš, ali mi nikako ne odgovara za svrhu koja mu je namijenjena. Uglavnom ga koristim za sjenila. Cijena: 14,90 kn

LOOK by BIPA, Mascara brush: Ovo mi je najdraža četkica iz Bipe i najčešće je koristim (svaki dan). Koristim ju za oblikovanje obrva i za trepavice (nakon što nanesem maskaru, trepavice razdvojim ovom četkicom, za postizanje prirodnog izgleda). Treba mi svaki dan, čak i onda kad ne stavljam šminku. Ima ovakvih četkica i na ebayu po nižoj cijeni, ali ova je dostupna bliže nama. Možda bi mi bila još i bolja kada bi drška bila nešto kraća, ali nema veze. Preporučujem, ovo je must-have proizvod. LOOK by BIPA, Make up Pad Duo: Ovo su one klasične make up spužvice koje bi svi trebali imati kod kuće. Lako se održavaju. Ne koristim ih previše jer pudere u kamenu nanosim kistom, ali dobro ih je imati u zalihi. Cijena: 9,90kn

LOOK by BIPA, Powder pad: Nemam pojma zašto sam ovo uzela, nikada ju ne koristim. Ovaj alat pojede većinu proizvoda, a ako ju i koristite, svejedno morate sve 'popravljati' kistom. Meni je beskorisna. Sjećam se da sam prije stalno koristila ovakve alate, danas rijetko kad posežem za njima. Cijena: 14,90kn

IQ cosmetics, Powder Puff: Ovaj proizvod namijenjen je nanošenju loose pudera. Stvarno ga slabo koristim. Zeznut je za održavanje i pranje. Uzela sam ga jer je izgledao 'retro', ali jasno mi je zašto ga danas žene slabo koriste. Možda bi bio dobar za nanošenje loose pudera za tijelo (kao neki shimmer po tijelu ljeti ili šta ti ja znam). Ja mu nisam našla neku svrhu, jednostavno mi uopće ne odgovara. Ima teksturu obične deke. Cijena: 14,90 kn

Sve u svemu, mogu se naći super stvari u BIPI, posebno jeftini (a ok kvalitete) kistovi. Danas su jeftiniji kistovi lakše dostupni, prije ih nije bilo lako pronaći, pa je BIPA bila glavno mjesto za shopping. Osobno preferiram LOOK by Bipa liniju više od IQ linije, vizualno mi se više dopada, a po kvaliteti su tu negdje. 

Tko još odlazi po kistove u Bipu? Što mislite o ovoj bijelo-rozoj kombinaciji boja? BIPA bi ubrzo trebala dobiti novi kist: stippling brush. Još jedan sladak dizajn (neću moći odoliti), ali nikako da ga pronađem u dućanu. Je li ga tko vidio?

Hello Beauty Make-up Sponge, Review And Comparison

Pozdrav svima! U današnjem postu donosim recenziju ove slatke spužvice za nanošenje make up-a koju možete pronaći u Bipi. Proizvod je vrijedan pažnje, i isplati ga se kupiti.

Kupila bi ponovno?: Apsolutno. Imam i plavu verziju.

Kako koristiti: Spužvica se može koristiti suha i mokra. Nisam je uopće koristila suhu jer bi ju ipak trebalo koristiti mokru. Znači, stavim spužvicu pod vodu, stisnem par puta, spužvica nabubri i uveća se (skoro pa duplo), nakon toga iscjedim višak vode (ovo je bitno), i spužvica je spremna za korištenje. Ako je ostalo previše vode u spužvici, rezultat neće biti tako dobar. Tekući puder nanesem na lice (ja ga nanosim tu i tamo, pa ga ravnomjerno rasporedim spužvicom, ali možete ga i rasporediti kistom, pa zatim preći na spužvicu). Spužvicom tapkam po licu da se puder dobro rasporedi i da dobijem prirodan izgled.

Moji dojmovi: Spužvica navodno dolazi u 4 nijanse: bijela/roza, hot pink, žuta i plava. Bijelo-rozu nisam vidjela u dućanima, ali eto, navodno ih ima. E sad, javila se neka dilema o tome ima li spužvica u hot pink boji drugačiju teksturu od ostalih - budući da nisam uzela tu boju ne mogu odgovoriti na to pitanje, tako da moja recenzija uključuje samo žutu boju (navodno je hot pink verzija nešto tvrđa). Spužvica nema mirisa (kao neke lošije verzije), a još je i antialergijska i bez lateksa. Najvažnija stvar koju trebate znati, za razliku od drugih proizvoda ove vrste koje sam recenzirala, ova spužvica nabubri kad je mokra (i zbog toga je naravno bolja od ostalih). Spužvica stvarno skraćuje vrijeme nanošenja pudera. S njom postižem prirodan izgled. Spužvica nije pogodna ako trebate sakriti puno toga ili nanijeti deblji sloj pudera (za to je ipak bolji kist). Spužvica pomaže nanijeti manju količinu pudera, i ravnomjerno ga rasporediti po licu. Meni je super jer ne volim debeli sloj pudera, a i ne trebam puno toga sakriti. Što se tiče korektora, dobra je za jako guste korektore koje treba nježno utapkati u lice.

Pranje: Na proizvodu stoji ovako: ''Ako spužvicu koristite svakodnevno, potrebno ju je jednom tjedno oprati blagim šamponom.'' JEDNOM TJEDNO???!!! To je najveća glupost koju sam čula u životu. Zamislite to: smočiš spužvicu, na njoj ostane pudera i masnoće, onda stoji dok se suši na zraku, pa se čestice prašine skupljaju po njoj, i tako 7 dana dok ju ne opereš?! Ma slobodno napravite tako - dobit ćete užasne akne! Nema šanse! Ja perem spužvicu nakon svakog korištenja. Perem ju običnom vodom i blagim šamponom (tj. Babylove kupkom koju sam spominjala OVDJE, makar se jako pjeni) ili intimnim sapunom. Spužvica se brzo suši (mora stajati na otvorenom dok se suši, jer ako ju zatvorite u kutiju, mogu se razviti plijesni), i trebala bi vam biti spremna za idući dan (ali ja ih imam više pa ih izmjenjujem). Namjerno nisam pisala recenziju prvi tjedan kad sam uzela ovaj proizvod, jer sam htjela vidjeti kako će se ponašati. Ono što sam ja primjetila jest ako ju operete što brže nakon korištenja, bolje će se oprati. Ako ste u žurbi, pa ju ostavite da čeka pranje dok se ne vratite doma, rezultati pranja će biti slabiji. Prvi puta kada sam ju prala svaki ostatak pudera sam uspjela ukloniti - a koristila sam Revlonov Colorstay (koji je zloglasan po tome koliko ga je teško ukloniti s beauty alata). Bila sam impresionirana. Međutim, sa svakim idućim pranjem, spužvicu je bilo sve teže oprati, svaki puta bi mi ostala po jedna neuklonjiva mrlja. Međutim, onda sam koristila jedan laganiji puder (Catrice All Matt plus): i kada sam ju prala ne samo da se uklonio sav trag tog pudera, uklonjene su i sve prijašnje mrlje! Tako da sada imam ponovno savršeno čistu spužvicu. Treba paziti na to da budete nježni prema spužvici, ja imam nokte četvrtastog oblika, i pri pranju sam povukla rub nokta po spužvici, pa mi se tamo napravila 'brazda'. Zapravo, izgleda kao da sam ju okrznula nožem. Zaključak: Može se oprati, ali potrebno ju je održavati i redovito prati. Neke mrlje vam se možda čine neuklonjive, ali otići će s idućim pranjem. Čak i ako ih ne uspijete ukloniti, spužvica je sigurna za korištenje, makar ima mrlja po sebi.

Zaključak: Ova spužvica košta isto kao i sve druge low-end spužvice za makeup (19,90 kn), ali pruža puno više. Od svih verzija koje možete nabaviti kod nas (a koje ne koštaju bogatstvo) ova je nadaleko najbolja, posebno zato što je jedina koja nabubri kada je mokra. Lako ju je i jednostavno koristiti, i spada pod one beauty alate koje bi svatko morao imati. Apsolutno preporučujem, ova je jedina koja vam treba.

Make Up Bowl, Week 2

The concept of this is pretty simple: every once in a while, I put a few new products I need to test out or old products I haven't been using in a big red bowl, and I force myself to use them that week. Sort of a 'shop your collection' type of thing. Quick reviews and first opinions only!

Catrice, Feathers and Pearls Limited Edition, Eye Palette: This palette looks so pretty, yet it's almost unusable for me. The texture of the eyeshadows is too rough, and this is really not an everyday palette. It's special occasion looks only, which is not what I need. I like the dry/wet eyeliner. I use it wet, and it's super easy to work with. All in all, the palette looks good, but I don't really need it. I will not be reaching for it too often. REVIEW HERE

Essence Quattro eyeshadow, 01 Ciao Bella: These are so much prettier to me than the new Quattro palettes where the eyeshadows are so close to each other and the pots have weird shapes. I can never throw this away, the packaging is too cute. I expected bad things, but this is perfect for everyday. The shades are great for a natural look. Pigmentation is not good, but I don't care. I need to use this more often, it's great for when I'm in a hurry. The packaging is not good though, it's wobbly.

Avon Eyeshadow Base, Light Beige: I got this because everyone's been raving about it. I do not see a difference between this and your essence/Catrice eyeshadow base. It does what every base does - intensifies color, and eyeshadow lasts longer. I do not like the packaging, it's not convenient. It's an ok little product, but it's the same as any other in its price range. I wear it everyday even when I do not wear eyeshadow, so I do not have greasy eyelids. It's ok, it's just not THAT MUCH BETTER than other cheap eyeshadow bases. For special occasion looks, the best I can get out of this is 6 hours, then the eyeshadow collects in the crease. 

Catrice Defining Blush, 060 Rosewood Forest: This is why I love this Make up Bowl project. I thought this blush was wrong for me, and I discovered I love it. It gives a very natural look, and it lasts a long time. I got confused with the dark shade of the product, but once I apply it, it suits me perfectly. I'm glad I re-discovered this product. It's currently my favorite blush. REVIEW HERE

Essence, silky touch blush, 60 Life's A Cherry: Ugh, all the blushes from this range are horrible, but this one might be the worst. The color is too intense, so you can't help but apply too much. And it contains an insane amount of glitter. Stay away from these, try Catrice blushes instead.

Maybelline Colorama Blush, 201: Horrible shade, too much sparkle. Wrote a review of it yesterday, so I won't get into too much detail. REVIEW HERE

Labello Lip Butter, Raspberry Rose: Too sweet for me. No wonder I do not pick it up more often. It's good quality, I just don't enjoy the scent. REVIEW HERE

Make up Factory Lipstick, 150: This is supposed to be Muller's own HE brand. This shade is very dark, something Lorde would wear, but it's not worth the price (100 kn). It spills over the edges, it's difficult to apply evenly, has zero durability. I have 4 other shades from this brand, but I prefer their nudes.

Essence, Stay Matt Lip Cream, 01 velvet rose: Still too light for me, but the texture is good. These products are still available but in a new bottle design. REVIEW HERE

Essence, Stay Matt Lip Cream, 03 soft nude: At first I did not like it because I thought it was too dark, now I'm starting to give it a chance. It's the kind of shade Kylie Jenner can be spotted wearing. I'd only recommend this to people with big luscious lips, because if you have tiny lips, it will visually shrink them. REVIEW HERE

Look by Bipa, lipliner, 11 Peach: Not liking it, it has a weird texture to it, this shade is very drying, and I can never wear it by itself (which I can do with some other lipliners). It has a pearl-like shine to it. Not for me. Good for a Kylie Jenner look.

Avon Solutions, Very Important Perfector: The only reason I gave this product a try was because my Avon Lady gave me a ton of samples, so I thought that maybe she thinks this product would be good for me. It's not for oily skin, I think it would make anyone look oily. It's white, but has tiny yellow spots in it that tint the cream as you apply it. Doesn't hide any flaws. This is maybe for those people with flawless skin. Not for me.

Avon, Ideal flawless, 3in1 cream-to-powder foundation, Ivory: I do not think I'll ever buy any Avon foundation product again. The thing is, it's so important to try the shade on your face and you just can't do that looking through a catalogue. This is super yellow, not for me. I guess I could make it work, if the shade matched me in any way. The product feels nice on the skin, but I'm telling you, finding the shade that works for you is very difficult.

Review: Hm Mini Kabuki Brush

This would be a great little product, if only the bristles were softer. :(

Price: 29.90 kn
Rating: 6/10
Would I repurchase: I'm not sure; I like the size of the brush, but I don't like how it feels when it touches my skin.
My opinion: H&M has quite a few brushes in their collection now, but what caught my eye were the two kabuki brushes: a regular and a mini-sized one. I did not purchase the regular size because I already have a similar kabuki brush (LOOK by Bipa in the photo below), and these two seemed similar in size. The H&M kabuki brush is double the price, so I'll pass (because instead I'll just buy two brushes from Bipa, they're great). Now, let's talk about this mini kabuki brush: the size of this brush is perfect for me (I have a small head, and the kabuki brush by Bipa is sometimes too large for me). The problem with this brush is the quality of the bristles (or lack of it). Though on the H&M website it says the bristles are soft, they really are not. I have my fair share of cheap brushes (essence, Bipa, etc.), and I've never had this problem. Though the brush seems soft when you pull it over your hand, once it's used on your face it's not the same. What happens is that you feel a mild burning sensation - it's nothing drastic, and it doesn't cause redness, but it's something to consider. The problem is amplified if you're in a hurry and are moving the brush faster. I've washed this brush and no hairs have fallen out, and the drying time is pretty good actually. I use this brush to apply setting powder (you can also use it for blush, bronzer, etc). The brush picks up product well, and doesn't pick up too much.  I like the color of the brush (it looks very elegant) and it fits well in my hand. The precision it gives you is very good for a Kabuki brush (it's quite dense, more than the LOOK by Bipa brush, for instance).
Conclusion: This is a cute little product, it's the perfect size for what I need, the only downside is that the bristles can be a bit harsh to the face - but nothing drastic. I do not think I'll be getting the larger version of this brush.
This product is for you if: If you need a small kabuki brush that's cheap but performs well, and don't mind mild discomfort.
You should avoid this product if: If you are looking for a brush with very soft bristles.

Have you tried any tools by H&M? I also have their beauty sponge. I bought this product in the H&M store in Cvjetni, Zagreb, but it seems they are sold out within days. The price of this product is good, but, like I said, I have other cheap brushes, and I've never had any of them ''burn'' me. Has this ever happened to you? Anyways, see you guys soon,

Make Up Bowl, Week 1

Happy weekend! Let me explain the concept of 'Make Up Bowl': every three weeks or so, I will put some of my rarely-used or brand-new make up items in a bowl, and I will use them more frequently. I want to use the products in my stash more often, and also I will show you the products that I'm currently testing out, and give you a quick and fast review. This is a fun project for me, I'm finding some lost treasures. Anyways, you may have seen this on my INSTAGRAM, where I will post the make-up bowl before I write the actual post. So let's get started!

Balea Juicy Orange Lip Balm: I've been neglecting all my lip balms ever since I've discovered Carmex. This one does a good job, I just hate the time I have to wait for the smell to disappear. Review HERE.

Labello Lip Butter: This is a fun product, I shouldn't have been neglecting it. I wear it when I'm running errands, and the smell is gorgeous. Review HERE.

Catrice 'Yellow Submagreen' and 'Mud Spencer & Coralle Hill': I got these two little palettes during the last Catrice sale. The one with the yellow eyeshadow is pretty useless to me - I do not enjoy any of these colors, and they do not match my skin tone. I will only use the fourth shade in some smokey eyes looks. But the second palette is amazing - I am enjoying all the shades, the coral one compliments me amazingly, the second shade is great for under the brow; all in all, I will use this one often - this was a great purchase. I have already reviewed these products HERE.

Essence Blush up! (heat wave): This product is great - if you use a soft brush, but do not use it with a brush that picks up a lot of product - you will look like a clown. Honestly, this blush just has too much orange in it. I use the pink side of the blush only. The final result is ok, but the product is so dusty (I never noticed that before). Make sure to not wear white when applying this LOL. Review HERE

Maybelline Colorama Blush 501: this is my new favorite blush. Review coming soon. I won this on Taya's blog, and I am so happy. It looks so natural on me. Highly recommended.

Essence soft touch mousse make-up: I bought this so long ago (I think they've even changed the packaging since), and I've never worn it. I expected to hate it, but it turned out great. The shade is a little off for me (that's the reason why I haven't been using it), but the texture is great. You have to be careful not to apply too much. It just makes my skin so soft. This is not for those with dry skin because it will make you look horrible. But works on my skin. It's just the shade - it's a bad match.

S-he stylezone mineral loose powder: I have only been using Rimmel's powder lately, so I've been neglecting all my other ones. I'm not feeling this product. The finish on my skin is not natural, and I feel like it makes my skin look dry (even when it's not). I don't think I would recommend this - there are better products out there. Also the packaging is tricky to work with.

Catrice Camouflage cream: I got this one (I have 2 shades) as soon as they got out, and I never wrote a review - the reason being - I don't see why everyone likes them. While I feel that they're great at hiding color problems (they are very pigmented), they emphasize the bad parts of my skin texture. Like, I placed it one time under my eyes, and when I looked in the mirror, I saw that I had huge creases - the product settles where my skin folds and mades me look horrible. I just don't see this as a product that I might enjoy in the future. Only on some parts of my face, but not a versatile product (for me). More in the review (coming soon, I promise).

Catrice LE Translucent Mattifying Powder: I use this product when I'm not wearing foundation underneath. It has a very soft silky texture and it's easy to apply. It's not the best product I have, but it does a good job. I should use it more often. This is for every-day when I'm not wearing heavy make-up.

Look by Bipa lipliner: I have 4 shades, they are all amazing, I highly recommend these products, they are a dream. Review and swatch coming soon.

Essence stay with me lipgloss: I am not a person who enjoys lipgloss, but this is a great product if you're in a hurry - it takes a second to apply, and the shade is very natural. Do not use it when it's windy because your hair will get caught in it LOL. It's an ok product, but the brush is a nightmare - it's got a very weird shape - it almost works against you. These are no longer available.

Catrice LE Meet Rosy Lipstick: I wrote a not-so-happy review HERE. I tried giving it a chance but somehow I'm not feeling it. It's too dry. When I do use it, I dab it on my lips with my finger, and make sure to check my lips every once in a while (because all the product curls up in one line, especially if I do a lot of talking). The shade is lovely, but the texture is my enemy. 

Wet'n'wild Lipsticks:  what I can say in short is: amazing texture, color, pigmentation, but very bad packaging. And the shape of the lipstick is bad; so for me, application is very complicated. If these came in Catrice packaging and Catrice shape, I would buy a lifelong supply. The shades are gorgeous, I just have to take extra time to apply them, that's all. ;) Reviews coming soon. 

L'Oreal Contour Khol eye pencil: This is one of those random products that I can't remember if I've ever used, and then I try using it and I remember why. The color is bad for me (it's a dirty mix of blue and green), and makes me look super weird. It's not easy to apply - this one is not being used for a reason. 

What do you think about the idea of a make-up bowl? Do you have products that you hardly ever use? I am loving this, and am forcing myself to go through my stash. I'm also trying out fun new looks, instead of always wearing the same products. This will become a permanent thing for me. LOOK by Bipa - Kabuki Brush Review

Recommendation: Buy it, I would repurchase 100%.

What a great product this is - it's my favorite beauty tool. I got this brush after hearing amazing reviews from many beauty bloggers. I love hot pink, so the design of this brush agrees with me. It's so soft, picks up the product easily, and it's so stunning in appearance you will love using it. I love the feeling of brushing it against my face. The product is really great quality, hairs do not fall out, it's so soft and gentle, and it does the job well. Cleaning is easy and doesn't damage the brush. In my opinion it's a must-have in anyone's collection, it's cheap, but a quality tool. You can use it for many different purposes/products. I've purchased more LOOK by BIPA brushes and tools, so more reviews coming soon. Do you have this product? Are you as happy with it as I am?

Talking About Beauty Products, Volume 1

Hello all! I'd like to talk about a few beauty products I've been using lately. I'll get right to it since it will be a long post.

CATRICE Defining blush, 070 Pinkerbell

This product is a must have. It's a beautiful shade of pink; bright, but not hot pink. Application is a dream. I love Catrice blush and eyeshadow packaging - very sturdy, simple, classic. These 5g of product are just what every girl needs. It's the perfect pink blush and I'm so happy this product is available.

 

ALVERDE Naturkosmetik Schminkpalette, 10
Here is 5,4g of product that sucks. This was intended, I believe, to be used for children's Halloween face paint. The packaging is adorable and the shades looked so pigmented (they are not) that I decided to buy it. At least I can be happy I bought it on sale and not for the full price (not worth it). I guess you could use it as kid's face paint (beware, it will give them a sticky face and will get on everything) but not anything else. I would not repurchase, but it is pretty to look at. 

CATRICE ABSOLUTE NUDE EYESHADOW PALETTE 010 All Nude
This palette contains shimmer and metallic shades. It would be worth so much more if the darker shades were matte. Hopefully Catrice will have more palettes in the future (because the eyeshadows are nice quality), but this palette is not for me. I've only been using the first shade as hightlighter under my brow, the other shades just don't suit me. The packaging is good, but if you're looking for an every day non-shimmery neutral palette, it's not for you. If you like neutral shades with a shimmer or metallic finish, then this would be a good purchase. I might use this when doing a glam-neutral look, but it's not what I was looking for to use every day. It's still a great product. The brush that came with it, I took out, I've got good brushes so I won't use it. I love eyeshadow palettes so I still like this product, but I'm being honest, I don't use the middle shades. At all.

ESSENCE LIPSTICK, 08 COLOUR CRUSH
When I saw this new line online before it came out, I was really excited. The new packaging was amazing, and the shades looked great. My mistake was that I thought the shades would be matte - they are NOT. I bought this one because I thought I still might like it even though it's not matte. I guess in the future I'll stick to matte. Essence has some other matte products that I enjoy very much. Overall, this is not for me, mostly because of the shade, which is not a good choice for me, but the great thing about this product is that the application is a dream. The more I have it, the more I use it. ;) I guess this one won me over slowly. Maybe I'll pick one more up from this line.....

BIPA IQ COSMETICS LIPSTICK 31matt, STAR
What an AMAZING product - matte, super pigmented, just flawless. I am a bit sad that the other shades from this line don't appeal to me. The shade is kind of a crazy pink, so you have to decide if it's something you would wear. The only downside - these lipsticks can fall out of the case into the cap if you store them upside-down (so beware, and check them in the store). This is my favorite lipstick of the year - I LOVE IT!

GOLDEN ROSE LIPSTICK, 113
I've been hearing great things about this brand, and I understand what everyone is talking about. They've got a lot of fun shades available, and the pigmentation is great. I've been enjoying this shade a lot. Seriously, these lipsticks are great quality for a very low price. I plan on going back for more shades.

GOLDEN ROSE LIPSTICK, 108
A friend gave me this shade and it's so not for me. It's a cold, very bright shade with a shimmery-metalic finish. Not my cup of tea. The quality is still great, but out of all the shades they have, this isn't something I should be wearing. It visually shrinks my lips. Some women could pull this shade off, but I'm not one of them. I need more pinks and purples from this brand, not pearl-pink shades. I would not buy this shade for myself.

LA ROCHE-POSAY NOVALIP DUO LIPSTICK
I've been using this shade so much that the number of the shade has worn off (I think it's 185). I just wanted to say how much I've been enjoying this lipstick. Such great quality (but you will need to re-apply after food or drink), and it feels so light when it's on my lips. I've been enjoying their nail polishes, and now I've discovered their lipsticks work great for me.  

CATRICE ULTIMATE COLOUR LIPSTICK, 190 The Nuder The Better
Would not repurchase. Doesn't have good pigmentation, it seems almost watery. This shade is quite darker than what it might appear at first. Haven't been using it at all, whenever I put it on, I just take it off straight away. I guess this shade is just a bad match for me.
