Hello beauties! I was inspired by THIS post by beauty&mess (and also this VIDEO by pinksofoxy) to count and organize all my make-up. I am currently in the process of re-organizing my make-up, and I thought it might be fun to see how much I have, and also this might stop me from buying more. I have always been counting my nail polishes, but never make-up, so some of these numbers came as a shock to me. Some products I really feel like I have too little and I need more, but some I really need to stop buying. So I'll write a list of how much I have, and discuss if I'll be buying more or not.

I need to get rid of some of my lipsticks that I don't use, but I still have about 5 on my shopping list. And then I'm done. As far as eyeshadows go, I can always buy some new palettes (I do need more nude shades), but I'm not buying any more single eyeshadows, because these numbers are getting ridiculous. As far as nail polishes go, I have a ban on buying these, except for sands, because I only have a few of those. I have 3 more blushes on my to-buy list, but I'll be getting rid of some I already have because I hardly ever use them. I'll also buy 2 more concealers. I'm happy with 3 mascaras (2 black, 1 transparent), and I won't be buying any more because they have a short life, but I'll buy some colour mascaras, those are fun. I haven't counted nail art products or make-up brushes. I do need more face brushes.
It's a good thing to make a list. I still have things on my shopping list, but this is a good stimulation to give away some of the products I rarely use. Did you make a list? Would you dare make a list? LOL I knew before this that I needed to stop buying products, but this is real proof of that, so I think good thing will come from this and I'll stop the impulse purchases (those are the worst). Let me know about your experiences.
xoxo, Jelena
